Delivery Locations

The Grad Shop delivers within Australia and worldwide. Australian orders are fulfilled by Australia Post and are made between Monday and Friday. International orders are shipped by Standard Airmail. Please note there is currently a delay in processing orders and it may take 3-5 days before your order is sent out.

We are currently accepting click and collect orders on limited days and times. When you choose click and collect you may pick a suitable time for yourself to collect.

When you place your order, you will receive an email from The Grad Shop advising when your order will be ready for collection.

Returns and Exchange Policy 

We offer exchanges for items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your items in the condition you received them. Ensure the tags are attached and include the original receipt with a note explaining your reason for returning. We are unable to issue refunds.

Faulty Goods

 If you receive a faulty product or an item which does not perform in the way it was designed to, we will issue you a full refund. We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn or misused in any way.
