Delivery Locations

The Grad Shop delivers within Australia and worldwide. Australian orders are fulfilled by Australia Post and Couriers Please. Currently we are shipping out orders one day a week and orders have a 10 - 15 working day processing time before being shipped. Shipping generally will take another 2-7 days after processing.

Prices and Payment 

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change.

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after you place an order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Click & Collect

The Grad Shop is currently closed for click and collect orders until the end of lockdown.

Tracking Orders

All orders delivered within Australia are automatically tracked. If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance. You can reach us at thegradshop@arc.unsw.edu.au.

International orders are shipped by Standard Airmail. Your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If you request alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and we don’t accept responsible for undelivered packages.  

Delivery times

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, orders are typically dispatched within 10-15 business days due to lockdown restrictions, reduced staff capacity and current shipping delays. Your delivery date is subject to the delivery service. Depending on your location, standard delivery is an additional 2-7 days. Please note we take no responsibility for delays on behalf of Australia Post or Couriers Please.

IMPORTANT: Please check your package when it arrives. If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. We don’t accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with or are not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Do not throw the item away, as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example, images of the damaged item).

Orders sent outside Australia

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country and the delivery method. The Grad Shop uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If you require an alternative delivery method, contact customer service to discuss your options.
  • Parcels sent overseas may be quarantined by customs and an additional import fee may be charged by customs to release the item to you. Please check the applicable custom laws in your country before placing your order. The Grad Shop is not liable for customs fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
