Booking - Online
Academic dress hire for graduation day must be booked a minimum of two
(2) weeks in advance of Ceremony day. Bookings after this deadline will
attract a late booking fee.
Confirmation is immediate for all those who book on line.
Bookings - Via fax or post
Bookings must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of ceremony.
Full payment can be made by cash, eftpos, postal money order or credit card -
we cannot accept cheques.
Cash or eftpos payments can only be made in person at the Grad Shop located on the ground level of the Morven Brown building at the top
of the Basser steps.
Credit card payments can be made either in person, online or by faxing your
form to 9385 7678.
Telephone and email orders cannot be accepted.
PLACE YOUR ORDER ONCE ONLY unless requested by Arc staff. Placing it
more than once could result in a double charge.
Cash, eftpos and money order customers MUST LEAVE $150 DEPOSIT
WHICH MUST BE IN CASH when you collect your Academic Dress, which is
fully refundable when the gown is returned in good condition.
Credit card customers acknowledge that their credit card will be debited with
the replacement cost should they fail to return the dress.
Fax and money order orders will be confirmed within five (5) working days by
